Medical Camps

Health and Dignity: Making Essential Care Accessible

The Surabhi Vaaradhi Foundation believes that health is a fundamental right, not a privilege. Our Medical Camps program is our strategic response to the critical lack of timely and affordable healthcare among underserved communities. We organize outreach health programs designed to provide free medical check-ups, necessary consultations, and medicine distribution to vulnerable populations, including women, children, and those in remote villages.

Driven by a commitment to well-being, the foundation has executed more than 15 dedicated health initiatives and camps focused on preventative care and essential medical support across local communities in need.

Our Impact: Direct Patient Care and Medicine Distribution

We ensure that our support provides verifiable, direct relief to patients who need it most:

  • Large-Scale Rural Free Check-ups: We have conducted free medical camps in remote villages like Nagireddy palem, Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, providing free check-ups and medicines worth Rs 56,000 to students.
  • Targeted Maternal Health Support: We have focused on women’s health by providing medicine worth Rs 50,000 and Rs 75,000 to poor and pregnant ladies in remote villages near Bellamkonda, Guntur dist, AP, distributing medication to patients in multiple instances.
  • School Student Health Drives: We conducted medical camps for school students in Guntur district, AP, where we provided medicines (memory improving capsules and syrup) for approximately 250 to 300 students.
  • Compassionate Hospice Support: Our health initiatives extend to facilities like Sparsh Hospice, where we have provided holistic aid, including the donation of 24 ornamental and medicinal plants (such as Tulasi and Lemon grass) and essential hygiene preparations for patient dignity.

Every health initiative is powered by the generosity of donors and the unwavering dedication of the foundation’s organizers, including Dr. M.B.R. Kameshwar Rao, Smt. Sunitha, and Sri Venkat Reddy, who collaborate with health professionals (like Dr R Srinivas Medical Officer) to deliver quality care.

With every check-up provided, the foundation remains steadfast in its belief:

Access to medicine is access to hope. Every life deserves the comfort, care, and health security required to thrive.
